We made these over the weekend for my demo at work. They were allot of fun!
1/2 cup brownie powdered mix
1/4 cup egg beaters ( pre-scrambled eggs you can buy)
5 seconds of Redi whip spray can
1 to 2 square of Bakers Semi Sweet Chocolate
A coffee mug and Microwave
spray oil ( Pam)
Spray coffee mug with Pam and place half of baker's chocolate in bottom of mug. In a bowl, mix rest of ingredients together. Pour half of batter over baker's chocolate. Place in microwave for 1.5 to 2 minutes. Turn upside down on plate!
Makes 2!!
So good but you are going to need MILK!
