BBQ Spare Ribs/Sloppy Joes

Mix up this sauce for every pound of meat. Great with pork, chicken, and beef. My preference is pork spare ribs. Ground beef is great for Sloppy Joes.

8 oz. ketchup
1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce (I like Lea & Perrins)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tb Apple Cider Vinegar

Line pan with foil to make cleanup so much easier!
Cut meat into bit sized pieces. Put in pan. Pour sauce over meat.
Cook uncovered at 375* for 45 minutes. You want the sauce to really be bubbling and getting brown along the sides of the pan.

Serve with rolls, broccoli and baked potatoes topped with sour cream and some of the bbq sauce.
