Makes 5 doz ( 62 cookies)
2 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
1 cup butter ( 2 sticks)
3/4 cup White sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
12 oz semi sweet Chocolate Chips
2 cups broken potato Chips
1 cup pretzels broken in to 1/2 inch pieces
1/2 cup unsalted peanuts
Preheat oven to 375. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl. Beat butter, both sugars and vanilla until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in Chocolate chips, potato chips, pretzel pieces and nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until light brown. Cool on Baking sheets for 2 min, remove to wire racks to cool completely.
